Summer Blitz featuring the Amsterdam Wrap

Summer Blitz is coming up!

For those of you new to Wooly Bully – and a reminder for everyone else – we hold a fun event every summer called Summer Blitz.

Summer Blitz is comprised of three projects that you knit or crochet. These projects must be selected according to the announced theme and have yarn yardage requirements. For each project completed, the participant receives a loyalty stamp. If the participant completes all three projects, they are awarded a great prize in September.

The projects cannot be started until June 1, and must be completed by midnight on August 31. The yarn for the projects must be purchased between June 1 and August 31.

This year we have two exceptions to the yarn buying so that we can be sure to have it ready when you are, and plan for the classes:

Amsterdam Wrap (shown) – this wrap features intarsia knitting, which Lisa will teach. Order & pay for yarn in May; the class will be in June and can count toward one Summer Blitz project! Requires 6 skeins of Blue Sky Prairie (2 skeins each in 3 colors).

France Ave Tee (photo and pattern to be released May 4) – this will be another Blue Sky Learn Along. Order & pay for yarn in May; the LAL will be held in June and can count toward one Summer Blitz project! Requires 7-16 skeins of Blue Sky Cotton Sport (depending on size: 6-14 in one color and 1-2 in the contrasting color).

Stop in the shop to get further details, sign up, and place your yarn order by May 15 if these projects interest you.
